The Role
The Non-Life Marketing Department defines and executes the strategy for non-life insurance products, ensuring their relevance and profitability in a fast-evolving market. As part of the Private Property Marketing team, this role focuses on home insurance for individuals and broader fire insurance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and their impact on residential fire insurance products.
- Analyze competitor offerings and suggest improvements to maintain a competitive and customer-focused product range.
- Track legal developments and assess their implications on product offerings.
- Draft and update general conditions and product clauses.
- Validate sales materials and prepare documentation for internal underwriting and claims teams.
- Provide legal interpretation and product-related advice.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team of legal experts, marketers, and actuaries to drive innovation and deliver optimal solutions to clients.
- Dynamic, creative, and conscientious, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a solution-oriented mindset and project management skills.
- Able to translate client needs into product features.
- Skilled at building relationships and working cross-functionally.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in either French or Dutch with a good understanding of the other; clear communicator both verbally and in writing.
