Chief Financial Officer
Our client, a renowned international bank, is seeking a motivated Chief Financial Officer to bolster its financial department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Global Financial Strategy: Direct and oversee the overarching financial strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Management of Finance Department: Oversee Finance, Control, Treasury, and Accounting departments to maintain financial health.
- Interface with Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, board members, and external partners to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
- Budget Management: Lead budgeting initiatives and profitability tracking to sustain organizational growth.
- Financial Risk Management: Manage financial risks and compliance, ensuring robust corporate governance.
- Support Strategic Projects: Collaborate on strategic transformation projects to drive efficiency and innovation.
Required Profile:
- Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards and banking regulations.
- Solid experience in regulatory reporting and treasury management.
- Fluent in English with a good command of French or Dutch.
