A leading international EPC company requires a skilled Senior Field Engineer to oversee offshore project execution and engineering deliverables. This position plays a pivotal role across the full project lifecycle, from pre-bid technical reviews through offshore campaign support.
- Lead offshore engineering scope throughout project phases, including critical review of technical documents and discussion of tender clarifications.
- Coordinate installation planning, setting efficient work sequences, defining crew and vessel requirements, and establishing robust schedules.
- Develop and validate technical documentation, including procedures, scopes of work, installation drawings, and fabrication notes for subsea and marine installations.
- Ensure procurement and subcontracting activities meet project technical requirements and timelines.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams including procurement, HSE, planning, and diving specialists, supporting efficient project execution and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Review subcontractor capabilities and perform technical bid evaluations to select suitable partners and vendors.
- Contribute to cost estimates and scheduling during tender and project planning phases.
- Deliver field engineering support during offshore operations—prioritizing safety, technical compliance, and timely resolution of arising issues.
The position demands deep understanding of offshore construction, strong command of technical documentation tools such as AutoCAD and MS Project, and expertise in the application of industry best practices and HSE guidelines throughout the project’s delivery.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (including macros) supports your thoroughness.
- Strategic Planning Ability: A track record in complex project and installation planning, backed by strong skills in tools like MS Project, ensures you can anticipate contingencies and streamline operational workflows.
- Procurement and Tender Insight: An understanding of procurement, subcontracting, and tender management processes enables you to assess and validate technical compliance and cost-effectiveness in vendor selection.
- Safety and Quality Mindset: You champion offshore HSE best practices and hold yourself accountable to the highest safety and quality standards, ensuring all operations align with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Educational and Professional Credentials: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required, alongside substantial field experience, including recent offshore assignments.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both verbal and written, allows you to articulate technical concepts clearly and foster effective collaboration in a multinational environment.
