To strengthen our team in Brussels, we're looking for new recruiter/talent acquisition officer to join our team.

Profile description

What do we expect from you as a 180° recruiter/TAO at Gentis?

Linked to the internal recruitment team you will be:


  • Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to the signing of the employment contract
  • Ensuring a successful candidate experience
  • Being the privileged point of contact for various managers
  • Managing and reporting on your activity and ensuring compliance with the procedures and tools used within the group
  • Developing a talent pool to anticipate future needs
  • Participating in recruitment events: forums, job fairs, school activities, meet-ups, cooptation challenges, events with our partners...
  • Conducting research on new recruitment methods and tools and participating in continuous improvement project
  • Participating in HR projects and/or projects related to our employer brand.


And you, in all of this?

  • You enjoy working in a team (with your operational contacts, salespeople and the recruitment team).
  • You are fluent in French and English. Dutch is a big plus
