Position Overview

Main Functions and Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling:
- Coordinate development of project timelines, critical path methods, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, update schedules, and make real-time adjustments in response to site challenges or client requirements.
- Facilitate regular meetings with cross-functional teams to review milestones, anticipate obstacles, and maintain clear communication.
- Technical Documentation:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and generate technical documentation, including blueprints, reports, and permits.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Assist in compiling change orders, specifications, and revisions, supporting smooth information flow among stakeholders.
Scope of Impact
- Work directly with project managers, design teams, and on-site coordinators to deliver high-value construction solutions.
- Contribute expertise in reviewing construction plans, estimating costs, and supporting negotiations of contracts for project success.
- Support both internal collaboration and external communication in a bilingual French-English environment, enhancing stakeholder engagement.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Plan Reading: Effectively interpret and utilize construction drawings and blueprints throughout project phases.
- Construction Cost Estimation: Provide input on quantity take-offs, cost projections, and budget tracking to optimize resource use.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist with aspects of contract preparation and negotiation, supporting risk management, compliance, and value delivery.

- Fluent French and English are used daily to support project meetings, documentation, client communication, and technical collaboration.
