Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, ensuring the successful management and promotion of our golf and leisure brands across multiple platforms. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our profitability and revenue. Your role will encompass various aspects of brand management, communication, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign and Corporate Communications Management: Oversee and manage campaigns and corporate communications across a range of platforms to effectively promote our brands and services.
- Strategic Planning: Develop both short-term and long-term marketing strategies aimed at growing the business. Your primary focus will be on increasing profits and revenues.
- Brand Management: Take charge of managing the brand identities of our golf and leisure units, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate closely with PR agencies, Dubai Tourism, and other entities to support regional promotion and enhance international brand awareness.
- Budget Management: Be responsible for managing the budget allocated for advertising and promotional campaigns across our various brands, ensuring cost-effective and impactful strategies.
- Social Media Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of social media strategies across 12 different accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to engage with our audience effectively and enhance our client online presence.
- Leadership: Act as a mentor and coach to a team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving business goals.
