Senior Legal Advisor - Insurance Non-Life
Role:
- Conduct in-depth studies on specific issues related to fire & theft insurance and, more broadly, to non-life insurance (P&C) and the relevant legislation
- Identify trends and key topics in these fields that may be relevant to the insurance sector
- Coordinate various consultative meetings with insurance companies in this domain
- Develop industry positions in collaboration with different divisions and departments
- Provide expert opinions to best defend the interests of the profession
- Act as a representative and advocate in various consultation and decision-making bodies
- Support the communication department on specific issues related to fire & theft insurance
- Build and maintain a strong network within the insurance sector
- Contribute to strategic projects of importance to the professional association
Profile:
- Master in Law
- Proven experience in the insurance sector, particularly in non-life insurance (IARD)
- Dutch and/or French native with an excellent command of the second national language and a good level of English
- Eager to learn and continuously develop skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Open-minded and skilled in mediation
- Customer-oriented approach
- Excellent writing skills
- Results-driven and pragmatic
- Team player
