For our client, an international law firm, we are looking for a Senior Associate - Tax.



Missions:

  • Providing tax advice with respect to the design of compensation & benefit packages;
  • Tax structuring of venture capital & private equity funds, including the preparation and filing of tax rulings;

Profile description

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Law from an European University.
  • Qualified member of the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction, or you have attended the CCDL.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the Tax department.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English OR French. German would be an asset.
