Sales Manager Photovoltaic
For one of my partner, leader in the glass industry, I'm looking for a Sales Manager for photovoltaic.
The role:
- Prospect and determine clients' needs and technical challenges and develop the client portfolio
- Quote the projects, negotiate with the customer according to the strategy in order to obtain the targeted sales and to develop objectives of turnover, profitability and market share
- Follow-up offers and customers (support and advice in all technical and commercial questions).
- Analyze the market, improve and implement the marketing strategy in collaboration with the team manager.
- Represent the clients in main European events.
- Train your colleagues in contact with customers so that they can help further develop the photovoltaic products within the clients' main customers.
Your profile:
- Self-motivated, prepared to take ownership
- Commercial skills both in short-term and long-term customer approach
- Goal & action oriented with ability to perform analysis, to prepare and submit proposals, to think ahead and participate in decision taking
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation and persuasion skills
- Confidence giving towards the customer
- Enthusiastic about sustainability
- Problem-solving oriented
- Excellent team player
- Master degree, preferably in Commercial Engineering, Economics, or Engineering with experience in Sales, Economics or Business Administration
- B2B sales experience in the building industry
- Fluent in French and English. German is a plus. Any additional European language is an asset.
- Willingness to travel within Europe
